Brought my 2018 Volkswagen golf R in for service. I went to the dealer 4 times for a single problem and they misdiagnosed it every time. I went to this shop and they found the culprit and provided me with helpful answers in no time. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze. Thanks Kyle for being a great contact and keeping me posted on my project!

My husband and I have been taking our Mercedes C63 to these guys for the past year now. Gabriel is amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable, professional, honest and personable. I actually wrote a review after our first experience, and now I'd like to add to that review. We recently dropped the car off for new brakes and rotors. After we got the car back, my husband was noticing a screeching noise coming from the brakes. We called them back, and they immediately attempted to fix the issue. Unfortunately, nothing they did was fixing the noise. Silvio, the manager, ended up calling the manufacturer and found out that they were actually having this problem recently with their rotors. Silvio got me brand new rotors and replaced them again. The problem was addressed immediately and fixed quickly. He was so apologetic and the problem wasn't even his fault. These guys are so passionate about what they do, and it clearly shows. We will never take our Mercedes to anyone else! I highly recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their vehicle and expects quality service. Thank you Euro Repair Pro's!!!!!!

I am extremely picky about who I bring my Mercedes C63 S Coupe to. I usually go straight to the Mercedes dealership but as many of you know, dealership prices are ridiculously inflated and they take forever to get you in AND back out. I found this place online and decided to give them a shot. I was hearing a "screaming" sound when I started it up in the morning. I called Euro Repair Pros and had the absolute pleasure of speaking with GABRIEL. Upon answering the phone, he took the time to hear my "non professional" description of what I was experiencing and asked me when would it be convenient for ME to come in. In fact he told me I could come right over that same day! He was professional, passionate, knowledgeable, and for the first time ever, I really felt like someone cared and was listening to me. They kept my car until the next morning, to hear the noise for themselves. Immediately the next morning, they called me with their diagnosis and gave me their estimate. Their prices are phenomenal and highly competitive. He told me my car would be ready around noon. To my surprise they called me exactly at noon and told me I was ready to go. They even sent an Uber to my house to ge

Euro Auto repair pros are extremely professional. My Maserati quatroporte s seem to have a couple hiccups and they actually had service and ability to work on my car. I was starting to give up on 21000 mile european car no body seems to want to service her and extremely expensive at Ferrari/Maserati. The staff was extremely professional and was very enjoyable experience to order me Uber to and from and keep me informed and the best prices and even detailed my car. I’m looking forward to being my car in again and proud to refer all my friends and associates of the service and experience. Will.i.am 🇺🇸👍

I recently took my 2020 BMW in for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! The mechanic not only did a great job with the oil change at a very reasonable price, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning my car. It’s rare to find such attention to detail and excellent customer service these days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a great experience. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance!
